I am a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). I am also a Commissioner of Oaths in and for Alberta.
My primary focus is helping clients who wish to visit, study, work, be a permanent resident in Canada through accurate, reliable, and tailored immigration solutions.
Further, I am also authorized to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) across all four divisions. This specialized service allows me to support clients requiring representation at Canada’s largest independent administrative tribunal.

Oshika Boteju
Founder & Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
Oshika Boteju is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and the founder of our firm. Her journey began 17 years ago when she immigrated to Canada from Sri Lanka, carrying dreams, determination, and the courage to start a new life. Having experienced the immigration process firsthand, she brings genuine understanding, care, and reassurance to every client she works with.
Oshika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management with a specialization in International Marketing from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, and advanced qualifications in International Hospitality Management from the IMI International Management Institute in Switzerland. She later completed her Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, providing her with strong, up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and procedures.
She has also lived and worked in the United Kingdom, gaining valuable exposure to different cultures and transitions. With over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, Oshika brings strong attention to detail, clear documentation practices, and a careful, organized approach—ensuring applications are prepared accurately and thoughtfully.
Guided by empathy, professionalism, and integrity, Oshika is committed to supporting individuals and families through every step of their Canadian journey. She understands the hopes and concerns behind each application and is dedicated to helping clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

Asanga brings over 12 years of valuable experience in Human Resources Management and recruitment, playing a crucial role in guiding individuals through their journey with our firm. He is often the first welcoming voice our clients hear and the final reassuring presence when their process is successfully completed. His approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, and genuine care, allowing every client to feel supported and understood.
With a strong commitment to ethical practice and integrity, Asanga ensures that every interaction is transparent, respectful, and handled with professionalism. His ability to listen deeply and approach each case thoughtfully makes him an invaluable support system for our clients.
Asanga is also the husband of our founder, Oshika, and together they form a partnership built on shared values—trust, accountability, and a heartfelt desire to help others achieve their Canadian goals.
